End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and StoryBored Audio for the use of our audio plugin software products.

License Grant

StoryBored Audio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use our software on computers that you own or control, subject to the terms of this agreement.

Permitted Use

• Install the software on up to three (3) computers that you own or control
• Use the software for personal or commercial music production
• Create and distribute music made using the software without additional licensing

Restrictions

• You may not redistribute, sell, or share the software itself
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices on the software
• You may not use the software for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

The software and all copies thereof are proprietary to StoryBored Audio and title to all copies is retained by StoryBored Audio. The software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. StoryBored Audio does not warrant that the software will meet your requirements or that operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StoryBored Audio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement or the use of the software.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
